I'm Johar, a performance growth marketer based in Pakistan. For more than three years I have run SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads for clients, and built and fixed WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify sites and stores. When you hire me, nothing is passed along. The person who interviews you about your business is the same person who writes the copy, builds the pages, sets up the tracking and runs the campaigns.
For a B2B company or an online store, one senior person is usually a better buy than a big shop. There is no account manager sitting between you and the work, no junior learning on your budget, and no markup on other people's hours because there are no other people. Your money buys working time, not overhead.

How I work
Four rules I keep on purpose. They cost me some revenue, and they are not up for negotiation.
Few clients, on purpose
I take a handful of clients at a time and no more. When the slots are full you go on a list, and I tell you honestly how long the wait is. Attention does not scale, so I do not pretend that it does.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, analytics, Search Console, the ads account. All registered to you from day one. If we ever part ways, you keep every login and every asset, and you lose nothing but me.
Weekly notes in plain English
Every week you get a short written note. What I did, what it changed, and what comes next. No dashboard you need a course to read, and no jargon for me to hide behind.
A straight no when I am the wrong fit
If your project needs something I am not the best person for, I say so before you spend anything. A quick no is worth more to both of us than a slow, expensive maybe.
Fair questions about a new site
New site, not a new marketer
This website and the European practice are new. The marketer is not. I bring more than three years of client work in SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads, with real reviews published on my portfolio. And you still do not have to take my word for anything: request the free 15 point site check and judge the written report, look at the numbers I publish for this site, and read the one page scope before you sign. Even then the first payment is only half of a fixed price.
Do you outsource anything?
No. The copy, the design, the build and the ranking work are all mine, which is the whole point of hiring one person. For the rare things I genuinely cannot do, such as professional photography at your office, I tell you plainly, you hire directly, and I add no markup, because I am not a reseller.
Will you take my project if it is not a fit?
No, and I will tell you quickly. I work with B2B companies and online stores across Europe and the UK, in English. If you run your business day to day in another language, or need a large custom platform beyond WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify, I am the wrong choice, and I will say so, usually with a pointer to where I would look instead.
