A website that wins enquiries, live in three weeks.
I rebuild websites for B2B companies and online stores for €4,500 fixed, ex VAT. That covers the words, the design, the build and the launch, up to eight pages, all done by me. Half up front, half at launch, and the price in writing before anything starts.
Start with the free site checkWho this is for, and who it is not for
A fixed price only works when the fit is right. Read both cards before you get in touch. It saves us both a week.
This will work well if
You run a B2B service or SaaS company, or an online store, somewhere in Europe or the UK. Your site is a few years old, it embarrasses the sales team, and it brings almost no enquiries. A store where every order is worth real money deserves the same rebuild as any B2B site.
You are comfortable working in English, you can give me a few hours of interview time, and one person on your side can make decisions. That is all I need.
Check my fitThis will not work if
You want a site written in German or Dutch, or forty pages by next Friday. You want the cheapest quote in your inbox, or a designer who makes things pretty but must not touch the words.
If any of that is you, I am the wrong choice and I will say so on the first call. I would rather lose a project than a reputation.
How I workWhat €4,500 actually buys
One fixed price, one person doing all the work, no extras invented halfway through. Extra pages beyond eight are €350 each, agreed before I write a word.
Copy written from interviews
I interview you, and where possible a customer or two, then write every page from what I hear. The site ends up sounding like your best salesperson on a good day, not a brochure.
Pages mapped to real searches
Before anything is designed I check what your buyers actually type into Google. Every page, service pages and product pages alike, targets a real search, so the rebuild starts earning rankings from the day it goes live.
Design that sells, not decorates
Clean, credible design with one job: moving a busy buyer towards the enquiry form, or through the checkout without friction. It will look sharp, but every element on every page earns its place or gets cut.
Loads in under two seconds
Every page I ship loads in under two seconds on a phone. Speed is a ranking factor and buyers will not wait, so I treat it as part of the spec, not a nice extra.
GDPR and Impressum, done once
EU hosting, an honest consent banner, a privacy page and an Impressum where you trade. Compliance handled properly at build time, so legal letters never land on your desk.
Handover with every login yours
Domain, hosting, analytics and every account registered in your name from day one. You get a short manual and a handover call. If we ever part ways, you keep the lot.
Three weeks, week by week
The schedule is the same on every project, and you see the site the whole way through. No silence, no big reveal at the end.
Week 1. The questions and the words
We start with a planning call, then interviews. I dig into what you sell, who buys it and why, and what your buyers search for. By the end of the week you are reviewing the copy for every page in a shared document.
Week 2. The build, on a live link
I design and build the site on a private link you can open on any device, any time. You watch it take shape and comment as we go, so nothing at the end is a surprise. Feedback happens in the week, not after it.
Week 3. The details and the launch
Final revisions, speed checks, redirects from your old pages, analytics and the consent banner. On a store I test the checkout and the purchase tracking too. Then we launch, never on a Friday, so I am at my desk the next morning. After that, 30 days of fixes are on me.
Fair questions about the rebuild
Why a fixed price when everyone else quotes hourly?
Because you should know the cost before you commit, not discover it invoice by invoice. The scope is one page long, we both sign it, and €4,500 ex VAT is what you pay. If you want pages beyond eight, they are €350 each and agreed in advance. If I misjudge the effort, that is my problem, not yours.
What platform do you build on?
WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify, whichever fits your business. Those are the platforms I build and fix daily, so nothing on your site will be a mystery to me or to any competent developer who comes after me. Service sites usually land on WordPress, stores on WooCommerce or Shopify, and we decide together in week one based on who will maintain the site. EU hosting where the site lives, and every page still loads in under two seconds. What I never use is a builder that locks you into me or into a licence you did not ask for.
Can you keep our existing text?
I read all of it, and anything that earns its place stays. But in most rebuilds the text is a big part of the problem, which is why new copy written from interviews is included in the price. If your text must survive word for word, I am probably the wrong choice, and I will tell you that before you spend anything.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of fixes included, a handover call, a short manual and every login in your name. From there you can run the site yourself and owe me nothing, or I keep working on your rankings from €950 a month with no long contract. The free 15 point site check is the easiest way to find out where you stand today.
Find out what your website could be doing.
Send your web address through the contact form and you get my written 15 point report back within two working days, free. Then talk it through with me on a call if you want to. Worst case, you get a useful second opinion.
