1. The report. Within two working days the written 15 point site check lands in your inbox. Every fix is ranked by what it is worth to you in enquiries, not by how easy it is for me.
2. Questions, in writing. Anything in the report you want explained, I answer by email or WhatsApp. It is optional. Plenty of people take the report and make the fixes themselves, and that is a perfectly good outcome.
3. A one page plan. If you want to go further, I send exactly one page: what I would do, in what order, at the prices already published on this site. You sign it or you don't.
4. No chasing. If I don't hear back, I send one follow-up email. One. Never a sequence, never a "just bumping this to the top of your inbox".
