What happens after you press send
1. The report. Within two working days the written 15 point site check lands in your inbox. Every fix is ranked by what it is worth to you in enquiries, not by how easy it is for me.
2. The call, if you want it. Twenty minutes to walk through the report together. It is optional. Plenty of people take the report and make the fixes themselves, and that is a perfectly good outcome.
3. A one page plan. If you want to go further, I send exactly one page: what I would do, in what order, at the prices already published on this site. You sign it or you don't.
4. No chasing. If I don't hear back, I send one follow-up email. One. Never a sequence, never a "just bumping this to the top of your inbox".

Everything runs through email or a booked call. Client work runs in English across Europe and the UK. I reply within one working day, Monday to Friday.
There is no phone number on this page on purpose. Calls happen when you book them, and I never make phone cold calls. Ever. If someone rings you claiming to be me, they are not.
