Both prices, published. Nothing behind a quote form.
Most firms in this business make you book a call before they will say a number. Mine are in the first screen of this page: a website rebuild is €4,500 fixed and search rankings work is from €950 a month, both ex VAT. The rest of the page explains exactly what those numbers contain, what they leave out, and the terms I work on.

These are the same two prices shown on every page of this site. They do not change depending on who asks, and they are agreed in writing before anything starts.
What each price contains
Everything included, everything excluded, in one place. If it is not on this page, ask me and I will answer in writing.
Website rebuild, €4,500 fixed, ex VAT
Included. Up to eight pages, designed, written and built by me on WordPress, WooCommerce or Shopify, whichever fits your business. Copy from interviews with you, not from a template. EU hosting set up, GDPR consent and an Impressum where you trade. Every page loading in under two seconds on a phone. On-page SEO foundations. A one page scope agreement we both sign. Live in three weeks, then 30 days of fixes after launch.
Payment. Half up front, half at launch. Extra pages beyond eight are €350 each, agreed in writing before they are built.
Not included. Photography, which comes from you or from stock we agree on. Ad budgets. Monthly SEO work, which is the separate rankings service below.

Included. A monthly plan of content, technical fixes and link work, all done by me. Content written for the queries your buyers actually type. Reporting in plain English every week, so you always know what was done and why. Search Console and analytics registered in your name.
The "from". €950 covers most single market situations. More markets or heavier competition can raise it, but the figure is fixed in writing before we start and does not move without your written agreement.
Not included. Ad spend of any kind. If we run Google or Meta ads alongside, the accounts are yours and you pay each platform directly. The rebuild itself is also separate.
See the rankings work in detailPaid ads management is the third service, and it covers both Google and Meta. Every account sits in your name, ad spend is always excluded and paid by you to the platform directly. Full details on the paid ads page.
The terms, plainly
The small print, written so you can actually read it. Nothing here contradicts what the sales pages say.
VAT
All prices are ex VAT. If you are a VAT registered business in another EU country, the reverse charge applies and you account for VAT under your own country's rules. The invoice states this properly.
Payment
SEPA bank transfer or card, whichever suits you. Every invoice is due within 14 days, and I send it with everything itemised so your bookkeeper has no questions.
Rebuild schedule
Half of the €4,500 before work starts, the other half at launch. Once the scope agreement is signed, the price is fixed. It does not creep.
Rankings term
The first three months are committed, because ranking work needs that long to show anything honest. After that it rolls month to month and you can stop whenever you like.
Everything in your name
Domain, hosting, analytics, Search Console and any ad account are registered to you from day one. If we part ways, you keep every asset and every login.
Scope changes
If you ask for something outside the agreed scope, I write down what it is and what it costs, you approve it, and only then does it happen. Nothing lands on an invoice you have not seen in writing first.
Fair questions about the prices
Why do you publish your prices?
Because hiding them wastes your week and mine. If €4,500 is the wrong number for you, you find that out in ten seconds instead of after three calls and a proposal. Publishing also keeps me honest: everyone pays the same price for the same work, and I cannot quietly quote higher because a company looks well funded.
Is anything negotiable?
The prices are not. The scope is. The rebuild covers up to eight pages, and I do not discount for fewer, because most of the cost is thinking and writing, not page count. On rankings work, the "from €950" moves with your markets and competition, and whatever figure we agree is fixed in writing before the first month starts.
What does an extra page cost?
€350 per page beyond the eight included in the rebuild, ex VAT. Each one is agreed in writing before it is built, with the price next to it. No page ever appears on an invoice that you did not approve first.
Do you charge for the first call or the site check?
No. The 15 point site check is free and arrives as a written report within two working days. The optional 20 minute call to walk through it is free as well. Paid work starts only when you have a signed scope with a price on it, never before.
How is paid ads management priced?
As a management fee, agreed in writing before the first campaign runs. It covers both Google and Meta ads. Ad spend is never part of my fee: every account sits in your name and you pay Google or Meta directly, so you see exactly where every euro of budget goes.
