Who these terms cover

These terms apply between me, Johar Rehman, and business clients who buy my services: website rebuilds, monthly search ranking work and Google Ads management. I work with businesses only, not consumers.

Projects and scope

Every rebuild is governed by a one page scope agreement that you and I both sign before work starts. It lists the pages, the deliverables, the timeline and the price. If it is not in the scope agreement, it is not in the project, and anything added later is agreed in writing first. Extra pages beyond the eight included are €350 each, agreed before I build them. Every rebuild includes 30 days of fixes after launch.

Payment

Prices are as published on the pricing page and in your scope agreement, always ex VAT. A rebuild is €4,500 fixed: half up front before work starts, half at launch. Monthly search ranking work is from €950 a month, invoiced monthly. Invoices are due within 14 days.

For Google Ads management, the ad account is created in your name and stays yours. Ad spend is not included in my fee. You pay Google directly.

Ending monthly work

There is no long contract. Either of us can end monthly work with 30 days written notice, email is fine. On the way out you keep everything: the domain, the hosting, the analytics, the content and every account, because they were in your name all along.

What I promise, and what I do not

I promise professional work, delivered when I say it will be, and a reply within one working day. I do not promise specific rankings, traffic numbers or revenue, because nobody can honestly promise those. Anyone who does is guessing with your money.

Liability

My liability for any claim is limited to the fees you actually paid me in the twelve months before the claim arose. I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited, for example in cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [Your Country]. If we ever disagree, we talk first. Courts are the last resort, and the venue is where I am registered.
